1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof, showing the issue with the product (damaged, wrong item, or defective).
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
  • Products without a valid unboxing video

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is significantly different from what was shown on our website

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Submit a video proof of the issue during the unboxing process.
  • The video should clearly show the shipping label, unboxing of the sealed package, and the problem.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping charges.

4. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different product, you may return the original item (as per return policy) and place a new order.
